The shareholder and owner of the individual managed Hotel ALSTERHOF Berlin is the company Andersen & Co. (GmbH & Co.), based in Hamburg. A traditional company which has been active as property investor and developer in Hamburg and Berlin for several decades.
Besides different properties in prime locations in Hamburg the company portfolio includes also a business park in an excellent area in Brandenburg, the Brandenburg Park Immobilien GmbH.
