Vocational training at Hotel ALSTERHOF Berlin
Taking up employment at Hotel ALSTERHOF Berlin is the beginning of a future with many opportunities and top professional prospects.
In our establishment you can learn the following vocations:
- Cook
- Restaurant specialist
- Hotel specialist
The training in the dual system generally lasts 3 years; the training period can be shortened if a candidate's performance is excellent.
We are looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:
- at least 17 years of age by the time the planned training starts
- good knowledge of English (preferably of French also)
- a secondary school grade of at least 'very good'
- service-orientated thinking and action
- open, natural, friendly and communicative nature

We offer our trainees:
- professionally organised, coordinated training
based on legal provisions and our
quality management system in accordance with DIN ISO 9001
- an annually updated training plan for all trainees
that shows you when and in which department you
complete your training program.
- at least 50 hours of training each year, which
strengthens and enhances your specialist and
personal competence
- short channels of communication and flat hierarchies
