Our mission describes the organisation at Hotel ALSTERHOF Berlin, our form of cooperation and it is our concept of winning the enthusiasm of our guests, employees and owners. We want to attract top-level talents and to get only the best people working for us.

Learning and developing

We offer our employees a wide range of opportunities for further training, helping them to expand their knowledge and skills in a targeted way beyond their workplace practice. To this end, we draw up an annual training schedule together documenting the training measures suitable for every worker.
